Branch Manager - Construction - Town & Country Fence

Department: Administration
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Town & Country Fence (a division of Dakota Fence Company, along with 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Dakota Unlimited and DFC Property Management) is a growing fence contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, gates and automated gate systems. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Our dedicated employees (our “Blue Family”) work from our Twin Cities facility and throughout the state of Minnesota. Shift and Time: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Day-Shift

Summary:

  • Oversee all internal and external operations of Town & Country Fence
  • Direct and manage daily operations, facilities, financial success, and safety responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the branch and other company leadership
  • Foster strong working relationships within the office and with other Dakota Fence branch locations
  • Promote a positive image of DFC Company internally and externally
  • Develop and lead the branch team, providing direction and accountability
  • Identify and implement practices for continuous improvement in productivity and cost-effectiveness
  • Provide leadership and direction to teams regarding expectations, available resources, and project timelines

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field.
  • Minimum (5) five years of experience supervising and managing diverse teams.
  • Experience working at a company with multiple branch locations.
  • Construction or related-industry knowledge and experience required.
