DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, Dakota Unlimited and DFC Property Management) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction, as well as traffic control services. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Shift and Time: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm

Summary:

• Lead national sales initiative for parks & recreation-related specialty products
• Develop and meet annual sales targets
• Possess strong technical product knowledge
• Design strategic sales plans and assess costs and competition
• Supervise Account Managers and Sales Specialists
• Develop and maintain relationships
• Execute strategic marketing plans
• Drive business growth
• Have a desire to win and develop new business
• Create positive customer experiences
• Serve as a backup to the Playground entity as needed

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Preferred knowledge and experience in the construction or related industry
• General understanding of project plans and specifications
• Desirable to have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, construction, or engineering
• Experience with ERP systems, including Vista
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Proficiency in Google Earth and AutoCAD is a plus
