Starting wage: $24.50 - $30 an hour, based on experience.

Shift and Time: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal

Summary:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of fence installation projects
• Lead and direct crew members to ensure efficient and safe project execution
• Communicate directly with customers to manage expectations and provide excellent service
• Maintain a professional and positive company image at all times
• Prepare job sites by digging holes, mixing concrete, and setting up necessary materials
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for each project
• Operate hand and power tools, including skid steers, air hammers, and forklifts
• Drive and handle company vehicles safely and responsibly
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions to complete installations

Physical Requirements:

• Required to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Previous experience in fence installation, construction, or a related field.
