Starting wage: $21.00 - $24.50 an hour, based on experience.

Shift and Time: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal

Summary:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory, including shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and transfers between branches.
• Notify the Lot Foreman and coordinators when inventory levels are low.
• Coordinate with the Lot Foreman and project teams on material needs and equipment staging.
• Pre-load and stage materials and equipment for projects, including cutting materials as directed.
• Ensure all loads are properly secured and equipment is not overloaded.
• Load and unload material deliveries.
• Assist with the upkeep of site facilities, including snow removal, trash management, and recycling.
• Perform special projects as needed.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Lot Foreman and Director of Construction.
• Use a computer system to track time, manage shipping/receiving, process inventory transfers, and monitor company-wide inventory.
• Support the Lot Foreman in ensuring materials and equipment are available, safe, and properly staged for projects.

Physical Requirements:

• Required to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
