Pavement Marking Laborer

Department: Pavement Marking
Location: Mandan, ND

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Construction experience preferred. Mechanical and computer knowledge is a plus.

Shift and Time: Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays), Seasonal

Starting wage: $19+/hour, based on experience. Opportunity for certified wages.

Summary:

  • Assist with layout and application of pavement markings
  • Paint and install linear and transverse markings on streets, parking lots, roads, and airport runways/taxiways
  • Operate and maintain specialized pavement marking equipment
  • Perform manual labor tasks
  • Utilize mechanical skills for equipment operation and maintenance

Physical Requirements:

  • Required to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 100 pounds
  • Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
