Summary:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Construction or related industry knowledge and experience preferred, including a general understanding of project plans and specifications. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, construction, or engineering is desirable. Experience with ERP systems, including Vista, CRM systems, Google Earth and AutoCAD is a plus.
Experience and Skills Required:
1. Working knowledge of construction industry, project plans and specifications.
2. Solid business acumen and strong numerical skills are required.
3. Excellent oral, written and electronic communication skills and ability to produce professional proposals.
4. Self-motivated and desire to continually improve.
5. Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to learn new things quickly.
6. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
7. Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365.
